Questions?

  • Is there a binding period?

    No. You can cancel whenever you like, and the subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

  • What happens when the trial is over?

    Nothing by itself. You do not pay until you start a subscription yourself. If you start during the trial, you are first charged when it is over.

  • What is the difference between admin and employee?

    An admin can manage everything, including payment and settings. Employees work with bookings and the calendar day to day. You are always an admin.

  • How is the price worked out?

    You pay for the package (Accommodation, Activities or both). Admins and employees are free.

  • Can I add more users later?

    Yes. You invite admins and employees under Users, at no cost. You can have up to 50 of each.

  • How does VAT work?

    Prices are without VAT. 25 % VAT is added at payment, and is a separate line on the invoice.

  • Are there fees on card payments?

    We take no commission. Stripe, which handles the card payment, charges a fee per payment. It is deducted before you get the money. The fee goes to Stripe, not to us.

  • What if I change package?

    A dearer package starts at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A cheaper package starts when the period is paid out. An offer price does not come along when you change.
